Gross Negligence By Your Administration

<p>To Whom It May Concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>On 08 November 2016, I did a final follow up enquiry regarding my exam admission, as advised by consultant last week; they advised that they are still going through their exam entries and that I should follow up in this week, as I did and was advised that it is too late and there was no exam entry on the system for me, even though I have received automated responses from your offices; I was advised that it is an error on your side.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called on even date, I spoke Kelly Klein and Nadia and was advised that there is nothing that they can do to assist me and that I should call the exam department to pursued them to let me write my exam; how does this responsibility fall on me, when I was diligent enough to consistently follow up with your office; Kelly further advised that I have missed an exam already, which is untrue as my exam calendar says my first exam is on Tuesday, 14 November2016. I was advised further by Kelly that I would now have to wait until March 2017 to write my exam due to an error on your side; this is a gross injustice and I will not accept this response and I will not leave this matter as is; I do suggest that you resolve this and that I will be allowed admission into my exams this year.</p>
