Give me my books or money! 6 MONTHS waiting!!!

I have been calling since July 2015, waiting for my books. My company paid IN FULL and now im held accountable for the incompetence of the school. I have contacted several consultants who have assured they would get back to me with no response or books not even a study guide. Eventually spoke to the team leader Ncumisa Hlongwane and all I got was study guides with promise that I would receive the books within two weeks. That was NovembeR!! I am still waiting! Now when I call I get told she is in endless meetings or doesn't take calls if not that then she's in the toilet!! This is RIDICULOUS! Do your job or pay the money IMMEDIATELY! I DONT OWE U GUYS A CENT!!
