Fustrated student

<p>It has come to my attention that such a reputable institution clearly has no merits whatsoever regarding a person's future aspirations,Damelin has caused real pain & anger in my life regarding its maladministration of funds,i have been studying with Damelin since early last year and since ever i had no issues with them until i wrote my exam last year November & the exam results were suppoused to be out on February 2017 ,pantiently i've waited until i got a shocking SMS from them saying "your results have been withheld due to errears on your account ",i've tried phoning them several times to get a clarity from them however,non of them could tell me where that errears are coming from as they are debiting on my account each and every month and a registration fee was paid what makes it worse was when i wrote my exams in Nov i also ordered previous exam question papers and paid for it to prepare for the exams even today i'm still awaiting but they have my money on their account . I spoke to Yogesperies from the debt collection department who had no idea where the erreas are from ,she first told me when i wrote my July exams i didnt pay for the exam fee and my question to her was if i did'nt paid why was i allowed to write the exams and why did i received my July results ? why was i registered with them if i did'nt pay ? she couldnt answer and asked me to forward the payment made,i had to waste my time and find it so i did ,she then responded and said the money was allocated i should also forward the registration deposit . Clearly she had no idea what she was talking about ,i then tried to phone in again then i was transfered to Monic i had to start over and over again and explain the same thing to her and she then promise to call me back the following day because its not showing in their system still awaiting ....its been weeks now ,i then decided to contact Thabang (MS) who advised me to study with Damelin in the first place she also had tried to assist me but still there's no way forward its been a month now i'm still awaiting my results only God knows until when .</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully we might find a solution to this matter as im considering taking further steps to get to the bottom of this issue,kindly please get to me a.s.a.p</p> <p>Yours faithfully</p> <p>fustrated student</p> <p> </p>
