Frustration with Damelin

Dear reader.

I have registered with Damelin Correspondence College and my student number is 443799.

I have submitted all my assignments before June 2021. apparently the marks on my assignments will be added to my year mark when writing my final but till to date I have received only one update instead of all six.

I went to their office at Boksburg and to get clarity but I was told am not registered with them at Boksburg but with another office of Damelin based in Cape Town so they can't help. but they at least gave me a number to call of which I did since June.

On the telephone conversation I requested my results and all recipience of my calls each week I called they responded by saying they'll take the matter up and have my results emailed to me the following week (email: *** my work email) but ever since nothing happened.

I then requested my time table to write exams now in November I was told end of August I should call I did again then I was told sometime in September. Today the 20 Sep 2021 at about 10:00 I called again and I was told that my time table will be sent to me by end of business today.

My experience with Damelin was the most hurting and frustrating, I even I wanted to report the matter to policy but yes am about to as my employer has paid money for my studies but I cannot show them results as am being seeing as ************* person due to Damelin's actions

If this doesn't end by me writing and passing my exam I'll have to pay back the money to my employer as per company policy.

I need anyone out there please help me out to get this behind me and I'll never register again with Damelin nor to advise my subordinates to better their careers through Damelin as I'll be misleading them...

I have sent a dozens emails that were not respondent to even my dozens of phone calls fell to death ears at Damelin.

If I was happy with their service I wouldn't have opted to get to this platform. If someone can advise any legal formal platform I can use with regards to this matter please help. ( Cell: ***)
