BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They do not answer one's emails, they don't give feedback on Assignment books submitted, they keep you on the phone for over 20 minutes just to see what is happening on ones account or with ones submitted assignments, they capture the wrong subjects as submitted assignments..... one always struggles to get through to them on the phone....

If i had known that it was going to be such a mission to get assistance from them, I would have gone to another instutution.
