Frustrated student

This is my last hope with regards to getting any sort of feedback from Damelin Correspondence College and I'm at my wits end with the bad service I have been receiving. If only then I knew what I was getting myself into with this institution I would've never considered to enroll with Damelin. I'm a registered student since October 2015 and I have been receiving regular calls from my Facilitator offering me support and guidance which I was very impressed with and felt like my future mattered to Damelin, but once my fees were paid up in 2016 I was on my own since then. I managed to finish my formative and summative as*****ts without any assistance from a Facilitator coz they never get back to me. I submitted my summative as*****ts in October 2018and have been requesting results since January 2019 and to this day it has not been marked, for 6 months this college has been keeping my education and future on hold. So what I wana know from you Damelin is my work missing, or are you eventually going to start marking but please I need feedback to move on with my life. I hope I get the assistance that I need from you because this is not what I paid and signed up for.
