Frustrated, angry and everything bad after 3 full years

I app**** to study Developmental psychology with them, after registering I did get a call once or twice from the so called lacturer and there after even to call them was an extreme hassle. Since 2018 November nobody contacted me back I called they said they will call back I emailed I don't get a response this is bull****. I have proof emails that I've send to put my course on hold because of not knowing what was going on and they still had the nerve to go and put me on ITC as defaulted with payments when all I wanted was for someone to contact me... Even after that they had sold my account off to a collections agency and till date never contacted me after me paying the full amount. They are ******** and people should watch out they do not help you they just ***** your money. I demand a proper course or my money back I have proof of the amounts paid to them for nothing I am not going to leave this.... All they do is take peoples money I am tired of people like them.!
