Friendly Bunch, terrible at following through

so, 5 months down the line, im still missing half of my study material.<br> complaints has been very efficient in making promises but absolutely terrible in following through with them.<br> they never respond timeously and never call when they say they would.<br> getting through is also a head ache because they have been experiencing high call volumes this entire year...go figure.<br> maybe if they actually gave the students what they have been paying for, they woudlnt have so much trouble in the complaints division!<br> im still trying to get hold of the dept of education in benoni, that even more of a head ache than damelin.<br> <br> i honestly regret getting my hopes up for getting any sort of an education through damelin...oh wait i have, ive been educated to never use them again!!
