For the second time my account is debited wrongly

I paid up my tuition fees with Damelin in february 2016 and sent SEVERAL email requesting they stop the debit order before the 1 st of March to which I received a reply that in fact it would be stopped.They have debited my account once more.I want a refund or I will take legaal action on principle because I have had enought.
