failure to render the agreed services.

I registered with Damelin correspondence college in December 2016 for the 2017 academic year in the Human Resources Management course N5 to N6. I then commenced my studies beginning of January 2017. I completed all my required assignments in due time and sat for the final examination at Capricorn Fet college in may to June 2017. Apparently the results were due to be out in September the latest. I called Damelin multiple times trying to obtain my results. They referred me to Capricorn to collect my results, I went there with my own money only to be referred back to Damelin as they are the ones who are responsible for my academic records. I patiently kept on calling Damelin with the hope that I could get my result, but unfortunately I keep getting an "we'll get back to you ' with the results response. I got discouraged to go ahead and register for the N6 course as I do not know whether I passed or failed the previous semester. Mind you I've already settled my account with Damelin for the year course and therefore I cannot just go ahead and register with another institution. I'm asking for Damelin to either provide me with the results or refund me of all the funds I have paid as their not living up to our agreement.
