Failure to provide exam results

I have requested my exam results for 2016 and June 2017. I have sent 4 emails requesting the results and now, 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for feedback. I am frustrated that I have to beg and waste time sending emails in order to get info that was supposed to be sent to me months ago!
