Failure to deliver study material

I've registered on the 01-10-2015 with damelin for comptia+networking course,I paid cash at the branch in braamfontein the amount of R8300-00.they told me that the study material will be delivered by a couriers. I must be patient for two to three weeks, those weeks past, I phone an enquiry about it i've been told to give then extra week,the fifth week I went straight to the brach the gave me a letter of promise that I must wait another three weeks, utill today I' m on the fourth week.nothing even a phone call. I phone them to ask for my refund, i've been told to send a mail for cancellation of the contract. I did that but no phone call still from them to show their concern.i paid straight to them without a mail but today i must be treated like a fool with my money.
