FAILURE TO ADHERE BY THEIR OWN CONTRACT T'S&C'S

this college has the worst customer services, no ethics,IDC attitude and shameless really!! if its not offering non NQF courses, not delivering study material but it also wants to hang on to monies that do not belong to them as they failed to provide the services paid for in my books that is thievery and ******* ought to be exposed. I have since forwarded my case to a few people (reliable) e.g. QCTO....and by next week if I have not received what's rightfully mine I will be giving this college free exposure, hope they will enjoy it. unlike this company that fails to adhere by its own contract, delivery of study material within 21 days' ja right, I think they in fact meant to write 21years in those terms and conditions or they thought its only applicable to students only??? well just as they are quick to blacklist people/default their credit profile for missing payments. I have no intention of waiting for 6 months for my money, that isn't happening Damelin!! by this Sunday if no refund still, wait and see on Monday. I AM A WOMAN OF MY WORD UNLIKE THIS COLLEGE!!!
