FAILING TO DELIVER STUDY MATERIAL

I enrolled at Damelin in the middle of June, i have been waiting for two months and still have not received all my study material, i was also sent a picking list indicating books that were sent to me, which have not.<br> trying to resolve this issue has been a headache and it is preventing me from studying.<br> although they were very efficient in making sure that they received my payment for the course.
