Failing institution

We chose institutions that we think some how will make things easy for us.not Dameli.i am their student my experience with them has been horrible.last year i had to write exams with out any guidance letter,no question papers nothing.their service is bad,i tried calling,emails,i went to the branch i was told that they had moved theres nothing they can do for me.the line i was told to call they put me on hold.we paying students, for me its worse because i have paid fully for my studies but i dont feel like i am valued enough by the institution and i dont our studies really matters with them.
