EXTREMLY FRUSTRATED STUDENT FROM NOT GETTING EXAM RESULTS

I registered with DCC in 2018 via a work bursary and it's been extremely difficult to get results from the college. I had one module remaining to complete my course and wrote the exam on the 17th June 2024. However I'm still struggling to get my results. I missed 2 Promotions at work recently due to this matter. Trying to communicate has proven fruitless. No one picks up calls or reply to emails. Due to this delays I had to pay back the Bursary at work. There is a post closing on the 1st November 2024 and I need to produce certificate of completion. I'm extremally frustrated. Please help.
