EXTREMELY terrible accounting s****s

<p>I am disgusted with ICG Damelin/Damelin correspondence. ICG Damelin decided to update my ITC records as in arrears for six months. I queried this with them as i am not aware of any debt towards them . The total amount they say i owe them is R100.00. On the 20th Sep 2016 Upon going through my credit records , i picked this up and i questioned them about it. It is the 17th of Oct 2016 today and yet nobody has given me any feedback. Further-too , Our home loan was declined today because of them incorrectly listing me as a bad payer . So i implore everybody out there who wishes to further their education via correspondence, not to even consider ICG Damelin/Damelin correspondence. Their administration is poor and their accounting s****s are short of a couple of numbers to close their books every month and as a result innocent people who do right by their obligations end up being the victim in that they are expected to cover for those shortages and i am living proof of that. </p>
