Extremely poor Service

<p>My mother went to Damelin college for a refund, all required documents were submitted to the College as per request and she was told to that the money will be transfered to the account after 3 working days, that was fare enough. All this agreement were made on the 01 March 2017 and today is 05/05/2017 it is one month and four days. And if this is not sorted now I'll be starting to count interest and I'll take this matter forward. This is pathetic service.</p>
