Extremely Dissatisfied with Damelin College- Correspondence Learning

I have been trying for 3 MONTH to get some feedback from Damelin college. I have called several times, sent several emails and even tried their online chat options. No one is able to assist me. I keep getting referred from one person to another. All i want is my results to be sent to me! Damelin is the worst correspondence learning institute i have even dealt with when it come to student services and feedback.
