Extremely Disappointed – Degree Not Issued After Completion

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and accountability from Damelin Correspondence College. I successfully completed all the required modules for my qualification, yet I have still not received my degree/certificate. Despite numerous attempts to contact the college via email and phone, I have been met with silence or vague responses that lead nowhere. This is not just an administrative delay – it’s a complete failure to provide what I paid and studied for. As a student, I fulfilled all my responsibilities, but Damelin has failed to uphold theirs. This delay has affected my ability to progress in my career and pursue further studies. It’s unacceptable that an institution claiming to support distance learning cannot provide basic support or follow through on issuing qualifications. I would strongly advise prospective students to reconsider enrolling here until they drastically improve their service and communication.
