Extreme Cancellation Fees

I paid in full and registered to study through Damelin but was diagnosed with Cancer and could not start my studies and requested to rederegister and get funds refunded. I only received a flash disk and never started my studies die to being in and out of hospital and doing treatments. Damelin now wants to charge me a 43% cancellation which is over R6800 for doing nothing, they say it's for admin and services but they never done anything for me. Having a terminal illness should be classified as an emergency cancellation and not try to make money off patients with terminal illnesses. I am beyond disgusted and angry with this institution. The public and news will hear about this.
