Exhausted with Damelin correspondence

I'm a student at Damelin correspondence college, student number 422290 and the service there is shocking and pathetic,

I emailed my assignment on the 5th of March 2019 and up until today I have gotten no feedback about them receiving it,

I have been calling them for the past hours and I have been holding for an hour trying to get through to them still no one is answering, it's not fair because I'm using my airtime trying to call them,

I submitted my assignments last year and got my results from one of the student representative all of them 100% and I wrote my exams in November 2018 and waited for my results in February 2019, when my results come back for my final they come back as a fail because they said I didnt submit my assignments, I called them over and over using my airtime so they could sort the matter out and Iwas told the Academic manager was off sick and he was the one with access to the results system,

The lady from the exam department emailed the academic manager and copies me on the email asking him to correct the results and I also emailed him but he never got back to me, I waited 2 weeks later still there was no feedback about my correct results and i had to call damelin correspondence college again using my airtime looking for the Academic manager so this matter could get sorted,

I still have 5 subjects left for me to write through them and already I'm exhausted because of their terrible service and I have paid my fees in full which was worth R33 000 and every single time I have to go through trauma just to get assistance from them,
