Exams result

Well I had bad service with the delayed study material in 2016 January when I had registered with them secondly I wrote exams in June 2017 with all my N4 subjects I wrote 4 subjects and I only got result for two and there other two were not available. No body has a proper explanation except to speculate that it might be that my year end mark which is my assigments were not submitted to department of higher education so the external college than advised me to rewrite these two subject which is such an inconvenience and a waste of time for me and it costly as well with exams fee that one pay .. bad customer service and I would not recommend it to anybody . I have paid my school fees and I don't owe them anything I just need my result so I can see a way forward
