Exam Timetable

My studies and exams are paid in full, yet they can not give me any details as to when I can write my exams. I am going overseas for 3 weeks and would like to get my exam timetable. No help from the call center. All they keep telling me is that I would need to phone in to get the form. Why can they not e-mail it to me when available.
