Exam results being held

I've been studying with DCC and I was so happy to be nearing the end of this awful college. I pay R637 every month for my studies and to date I have not missed a single payment. I wrote 2 exams in June and now I can't access my results. They sent me a notification yesterday and it's because I am in arrears. Let's just stop there because I have a balance of R1507 but technically I am not in arrears. If they expected full payment of the account before the results can be sent to me then why don't they communicate that? What I am even more upset about is that technically it means that the account will only be closed in December and I explained to their personnel (Ncumisa) that where I work we don't get study leave. So I used 5 days of my annual leave and for me to claim those days back I need my examination results. So what is DCC expecting me to do as R1507 is not a small amount and it's unbudgeted. I am supposed to be travelling in December and my last day of work is on the 15th. There have been so many times in the last year where I have been inconvenienced and I am always so shocked with their service. It's truly ridiculous.
