Exam Results

My wife wrote ICM Part 1 with ICM through Damelin back in 7th November 2015 and ICM advised her that the results will be available with her college which is Damelin from the 11th December 2015. We have been sending emails since the 15 December trying to obtain her results if they are not putting you through to another office they are making you hold until you get tired or run out of airtime whichever comes first. Am so ****ed at their below par service. Right now we don't know what is it that we need to do to get the results. These people service really suck!!! Regret ever advising my wife to study through them they are useless.
