Exam resigtration delay

I received my exam invitation, made payment and faxed through all documents they needed waiting for the 4th of May to get the date of examination but when I phoned on the 6th I was told my documents were not received. I e-mailed all these again that same day. when I phoned back on the 8th? I was told that I am now registered and that I will be receiving my e-mail with the exam date by Friday the 15th but when I phoned on Friday the 15th again I was told that the systems are down and that I need to phone back in one hour. when I do phone back I either get cut off or someone answers and then hangs up. the same thing just happened. no e-mail and again their systems are down and I need to phone back in one hour! today is the 18th of May- I should've had my exam date on the 4th according their letter. exams are between 1 June and 12 June...<br> I have to take leave for this and now my time is being wasted. oh and apart from this I have only received one of my five assignments that I have have handed in. no certificates (Pastel) will be given until the entire course has been completed which is in two years.<br> I doubt that I will ever study with them again.
