Exam Problems a week before exams

When I received my 1st exam confirmation letter I was registered for management 2 instead of 3. I reported the matter and was send another confirmation letter however I was still registered for management 2 and not 3. After a week of sending emails and calling many times I received a new exam confirmation letter on the 23 of October which was 100% right as I was registered to write management 3 (the exam I registered for) and not management 2. Yesterday I received a exam confirmation again and was registered for management 2 and 3. This is really poor service I never registered to write management 2 as I already passed and completed the module in term 1. This is also a concern for me as my exam have not even started and already I am expiring problems.
