EXAM MIX UP AND LACK OF SERVICE

The worst service. I needed assistance with an assignment in February, after many emails and calls, someone eventually assisted after the assignment was due in April. I wrote my June/July exams for N4. In August i received an email stating that i was absent for my exams (although i signed an exam attendance form everyday). I have been back and forth with emails and calls and i am being referring to people whom either don't respond or have no idea why they were referred. I have registered to write exams in November for N5 but i am not sure if i am able to write. This entire experience has been stressful, i don't feel like dealing with Damelin anymore. I paid my 2 year course in full and it seems i am loosing out.
