Exam mess up

<p>I don't understand, why do you mess an exam time table up, then when a pupil tries to rectify, you ignore them?. I was suppose to write my open book Accounting and Business communication exams in the recent November exams. I paid my two fees respectively. I then receieved an email from a Vinesh, stating that I write both at 2pm on the same day. I can't attached the letter to this, but how can it say buse comms twice and the codes on the right hand side showed different codes, same day is fine, but same time?, why?. I then contacted Vinesh via email (who later told the lady at the NG Kerk he did speak to me, which he did not, despite my two emails I sent him, begging to reply). I also contacted the FB group on FB, four times, NO response apart from " we will get back to you", that NEVER happened. I then called centre and spoke to three people, one told me to go to the exam local three hours earlier and just write both tests. I did write Buse comms, but now sit without having written the Accounting. Vinesh claims he spoke to me about it, but that is a lie and the lady at the exam local said it was written the 7th November already.<br /><br />Is there a serious reason why I cannot complete my diploma?. I paid and followed the rules as instructed and told. Please message me with the way forward with a person that will help me please, I really need this diploma and need to start working.</p>
