Exam deadline not posted in my personal email

I registered last year October 2020 after retrenchment for diploma in labour Relations paid my fees in advance for the next year I struggled day one with the instute from study materials to student portal and I daily check the student portal for info but I was told yesterday I couldn't write my June exam as I was sent an email on the 24 April which I didn't receive only email for survey when u enquire call centre you get arrogant coloureds consultant not willing to assist students and only when they call to inform you about the debit order payment I sacrifice my money to pay that insitute I feel *****ed and used as u regret I would have gone to unisa no help at all I'm terrible broken by this education institute from all departments the same you go to braamfontein the same
