Exam confirmation letter

Hi Damelin<br> I was advised my exam entry form would be emailed through to me this morning. I called in and the exams department was to send it to the call centre agent who would forward this one. Nothing yet.<br> <br> I have called 3 times. It rings and I get put back on hold. Or it rings and never gets answered. Or it rings and then gets put down in my ear.<br> <br> Every exam session the same problems.<br> <br> Please send through asap.<br> Student number: 405836<br> <br> Thank you
