Don't waste your time with DCC

Just a complete waste of time. I have been phoning in for months trying to get my Diploma. Every time I phone in its a different story. You can't speak directly to anybody except the student advisers who are completely clueless. The awards department doesn't have phone lines or computers. I have paid my fees in full and handed in all my assignment. My boss has phoned and sent emails, nothing has changed. For my June exams I received no information for weeks until I was in Evodia's face, so I guess the next step is to visit the offices everyday until I get the certificate I paid for. I would not advise anybody to study with this **** of an institution.
