Don't waste your money or precious time at Damelin!

So I enrolled my wife on January 2019 the 24, full upfront payment made, mistake number 1, she then started the HR Administration Diploma with Damelin Online powered by Uni4, the first module went okay, she did some things wrong and got the required guidance for improvement.

Module 2 came,she did it and submitted, got results and this is where the issues started, the online lecturer or whatever had changed and it took extremely long after submission to get marked and results, after module 3, she then started module 4 and submitted this module on Monday 9th December 2019 at 4:09pm, it is now the 19th August 2020 and module 4 has still not been released or marked or whatever.

This is ridiculous, it is supposed to be a 2 year course, over which time is lost due to them taking 1 to 2 months to mark, and then this last one.

I demand a refund for money paid as this is not what we had signed up for, and yes, I have tried to communicate with you Damelin, the call centre has no answer for more than 30min, the emails just dry up, no answer.
