Don't use Damelin to study, go somewhere else !

Please don't ever study through Damelin. I have been with them for little more than a year and it has been such a painful experience. First, they don't communicate with you, you constantly have to phone them to find out when is assignments due, when are exams starting, and then when you do phone, the line almost all the time cuts out or you are on hold for 20mins before you get help. My biggest problem is, I have adhered to all their cut off dates with assignments due and when to enroll for exams. However, exams start next week, and still no one has come to me to advise regarding when I am writing exams. I have been calling and emailing since begin May, one person did reply and said I am not even on the register and that they will investigate and let me know. Well guess what, no one has let me know, and now I can't seem to get hold of anyone. I have paid a pretty penny for this course, and now I can't even write exams, because they refuse to help me. My future is at stake and they can't even be bothered to send you an email to say "Hey, still working on it" I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. DONT USE DAMELIN !!! They take your money and leave you high and dry to struggle !
