DON'T REGISTER WITH DAMELIN.... STUDY MATERIALS NEVER RECEIVED BUT DEBIT ORDER CONTINUES

After I decided that I didn't want to waste another year by not studying / upgrade myself. I decided to register with Damelin (paid R4 800 on the 16 January upon registration) Xoliswa the lady that assisted me with the registration confirmed that I was a registered student and that my study material would be couriered to me within a 14day period or so. Month of January passed, February passed I started asking questions and getting worried that I wouldn't be able to submit my assignments on time, I contacted Xoliswa from DCC again, she put me through to the courier department and they confirmed that my study material would be delivered within a week and that also Never happened! So March also passed. I started getting angry and felt like I was ******, I took it upon myself to find the correct person's contact details online and I found "Ajanth : ********** who's the manager at Damelin I sent him previous correspondence with the school and requested that my course gets cancelled because the school has failed to keep up with the contract we had gotten into and it was already April at a time. Ajanth only responded to my 1 email saying '' he will get the correct manager to contact me to resolve my issue and that NEVER happened......! Its upsetting that Damelin takes advantage of the poor trying to better themselves with the little at hand. Please can I have my registration Fee and all debit orders reversed please so I can find a school that will be able to cater for me on time.
