Don’t even think of registering with DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE. You WILL regret it!!!!

If I could give Damelin Correspondence College a 0 out of 5, I would. Dealing with Damelin has been the worst, most frustrating experience of my life.

I registered to study Law and Taxation with them in Feb of 2020. After paying the deposit, I was told that I would receive my student number in 2 weeks so that I could log on to the portal and access my study material. Two weeks later, no student number. I call my student advisor, Craig Hendricks and he said I should give it another week. Which I did. Still nothing. I sent him an email requesting a cancellation so that I could register with another, more reliable institution. No response.

I called everyday for 3 months trying to get ahold of Craig and I was told he was on leave. I was finally told that I had to fill in a cancellation form and send it to an email address beginning with coo. Which I did in June. When I asked how long it would take for the cancellation to go through, they said they don’t know.

Today is that 11th of January and the cancellation still hasn’t been effected. I have been calling them once a week for updates and I am told that my case is with the cancellations department. They do no even give me regular updates if I do not call them.

A lady called Candice Petersen told me there is nothing they can do for me. I just have to wait for the cancellations department to decide to effect the cancellation. I have sent countless complaints to the email addresses that I have been given and no one gets back to me.

And Damelin keeps trying to debit my account and it’s affecting my credit record.

Anyone thinking of registering with them should run the other way. You WILL regret it.
