Don't choose Damelin as a rewrite option

Good day to the community who is reading this review.

Damelin is an excellent choice of education and training for many courses. The correspondence teams are helpful but only to an extent. For the past 4 months as a student under them I've been struggling to maintain composure on the stress they have provided me.

First complaint : Staff on the phone are friendly but do not provide the information you need . There is no reassurance that your education is in good hands as the staff barely give out information and details that might put a strain on their online matric students . I've had to constantly waste my energy on getting information on my course.

Damelin staff take long to process everything such as your details , registration ( took them two months to officially register me even though I paid in advance).

Funny thing is they don't register the matric students at all to the department and leave out the detail that you have to run all over on their behalf and it's frustrating.

Service are slow and attend to you only when youu complain.

The college looks good and staff is friendly and dont register for you at all.

Their website has too little details.

Most people won't understand the situation I've had for for months . Damelin is not worth the pain and money they put me through to rewrite one subject ?
