Don't choose Damelin

I am so sick of Damelin's poor service. Since day 1 it has been a nightmare. It started with the registration fee of R3600 they couldn't find. Thank God I found the Proof of payment which I was struggling to find as they couldn't help me without it. They couldn't find anything on their systems apparently. Just imagine I didn't manage to find it. I waited almost a month for my study material. The exam venues were horrible. Whenever I did my Computer subject, I had to do at King's way College in Town. The 4 times I went there, they had no idea I was supposed to do my Computer papers there. Damelin never let them know I was coming or anything. All 4 days I either had to go back home or I had to wait for hours while they try and set up a Computer for me and the other students who also took off from work and travelled far to do the exam. I have decided to cancel with Damelin as I had to take so much leave days and this had an affect on my work. I am just tired of Damelin and the way they communicate with their students. I am hoping to hear from the cancellations department very soon so that I can start with a new institution.
