does any 1 work @ DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE??????????

<p>&nbsp;good day</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>i have registered at Damelin Correspondence college and paid for my course cash up front and this was done in October 2015 from the time my registration was complete i sat back and awaited the delivery of my study material as i was advised that it takes about 7-14 days&nbsp; for delivery ... the set turn around time lapsed and i provided them with another 14 days for delivery but there after i still never had any deliveries after numerous phone calls to the call centre i was advised that they awaiting the study materials from head office november passed and i went directly to the offices in Braamfontein where i handed in a cancelation letter as by this time i was already ****ed off at the lack of service delivery , i then there after followed up the cancelation with the cancelation department where yet again i was requested to provide reasons for my cancelation where as this was clearly stated in my initial cancelation letter NOT SURE IF ENGLISH AINT THE PREFERED NETHOD OF COMMUNICATION ... i keep following up via email and all i get is an automated response advising that il recieve feedback withn 3 working days which is NOW MORE LIKE 300 WORKING DAYS ive emailed client liason officers and not even any of them can help me resolve this or give me an answer SO YET AGAIN IM ASKING DOES ANY1 WORK @ DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE OR WILL I FOREVER MORE JUST BE GETTING AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE WITH EMPTY PROMISES .... can someone please get back to me with regards to this or il take this 1 step further and go to the ombudsman regarding this</p>
