DO NOT STUDY via Correspondence through Damelin

Damelin is a very difficult institution to study correspondence through. I awaited Exam results as well as assignment results dating back to 14 January 2020 - I had to escalate the matter to Shakier Achmat who has then assigned Damian Pillay to assist me. My results where only released on the 18 March 2020 14:45

Currently I am tried to register for the next semester and due to the Lockdown there seems to be no assistance.

I am flabbergasted that my exam papers where lost as well as my assignments and that I had to call daily and weekly and send so many emails to ensure that I get the service that i paid for. This is pathetic service - does anyone know which dept at DHET this matter can be escalated to?
