When you send an email to inquire anything, have questions or any issues it is impossible to get a response from them! I have been waiting for more than two weeks to get a response regarding queries of my results of assignments submitted. NO FEEDBACK.

I have been sending multiple emails to Yolanda Monaisa, Delaine Opperman, Nadia Visser, DCC Support, DCC Assignments - NOTHING! No assistance whatsoever.

I have also requested confirmation of my exam entry form receipt. Again, no feedback.

Their online student portal is terrible. Most of the necessary links to not work and have not been working since last year July.

The last time I called the student support system the call cut off after 7+ mins on hold. On other occasions the assistant puts you on hold or transfers you and the call cuts off, then you start the entire process over again.

Spending R20,000.00+ on a course is a complete waste of money. JUST DON'T BOTHER! Save your money and find a decent education supplier.
