Do NOT Register with Damelin Correspondence College!!!!! It's a ****!!

Once again Damelin correspondence college has outdone themselves on the level of inefficiency and incompetence.

I waited all of December and January for the November 2019 results to be released on the 31st of January 2020. After receiving an email stating that they would send out the statements through out the day (31/01/2020) mine did not arrive.

I once again had to take time out of my day to go to the branch to ask that my results be emailed to me which they then where. When I received the results I was beyond disgusted at the actual level of nonsense which this college has put me through thus far. I viewed my result which show 11/100 and 7/100 for two subjects and one subjects marks where not on the paper.

I immediately went back to the branch to enquire about these results which can NOT possibly be accurate. On the very same statement are assignment marks which state that I passed every assignment so how do they believe that I can get 7% on the exam paper when I wrote and passed the assignment myself. The fact they had the nerve to send me that nonsense statement is insulting, maybe that's why they hadn't sent it to begin with due to having not sorted themselves out(which would also be ridiculous they had two whole months to mark those papers!)

I have sent multiple emails regarding the matter and have not received a response. I have been to the branch three times and I spoke to a consultant over the phone she asked me if I would like my papers remarked. At this point I was beyond livid! They want me to pay to remark a paper I know I could NOT have failed. I'm starting to think that this is their way of getting students to pay for remarkings and subs. That is the only explanation I can concluded since this lack of urgency in resolving this Obviously disturbing to me. There silence on the matter is unacceptable.
