Distant learning advertised, yet no study material

I have decided to use Damelin correspondence for a short course on data basis (DCC Introduction to SQL Certificate). <br> <br> I have paid the full amount on the 5th of February 2015. It then took them 10 workdays to register me as a student. Then there is a 21 working day waiting period, to deliver study material. After several calls to Yolanda Monaisa and Tyrone Booysen, to request study material, it was confirmed that they were waiting for study material. <br> <br> On the 7th of April, I have decided to cancel request to study at Damelin, due to their inability to supply study material (keeping in mind that this is the first batch only). I have been advised by an automated email reply that it will take them 2 to 5 days to respond to my request. <br> <br> Today is the 6th day, and no response yet. I have phoned them again, and spoken to Dewaal Adams. Apparently the public are not allowed to speak to the cancellations department. So , Dewaal then phoned them on my behalf, whilst i waited on the other phone line. <br> <br> The feedback was shocking, to say the least. It will now take 4 to 5 weeks to process the cancellation, and 90 days to refund me. This is a ridiculous waiting period !
