Dissapointed and feel ****** of money and education I anticipated.

I have been studying painfully and stressfully with Damelin correspondence for 2 years now doing a diploma in Paralegal. Registration is very easy with them and all the people on that side are very friendly. After I pay my registration and got the study material, I do not remember a day I ever call or email Damelin and ever get a response that makes sense. Their call centre agents are rude and unprofessional, I will mention Sibusiso because I feel like it's my bad luck he is the one always picking my call and I feel like he even knows my voice because once I start talking he cut s the phone on my ears or takes back to hold. I havent got exam results for November 2018 to date. they told me that they couldn't get my assignment bluh bluh bluh I mus to resend it it will be marked and they will amend my results, to date I am still waiting. I wrote again the past June still havent got my results it always stories that make no sense. I register to rewrite this coming November, still havent heard from them about time table or even if I am writing. I paid R32.000 for the course and it is fully paid. These people are ****s. Someone needs to do something about this institution. Mandisa and Candice keep up the good work. As for Sibusiso you deserve to work for a place like Damelin.
