Dispirited

To whom it may concern,

On the 14 June 2016 I started my registration with Damelin Correspondence College. Everything went well and I payed in full for my study course and material. First I struggled to get any information regarding my study material, I had to phone many times to get someone that wanted to help me.

I started handing in my assignments and it went well. Then I had to start working ridiculous hours to meet deadlines. Long story short, my wife was pregnant with our first born at age 35. We did not have any supporting family close by and I had to cancel my studies to support her.

I cancelled my studies with supporting documents through the right channels. On the 11th of Jul 2017 I received my cancellation confirmation letter. There they stipulated all the rules of cancellation and penalties. In this document they there is an sentence stating 90 working days for refund's. Leaving me waiting for refund round about 7 Nov 2017.

Every time I send out an e-mail to ask for the states on my Refund I will get this response and I quote:

"Good day Corné. Trust all is well. Please be advised that I have forward your email to the refund department in order for them to provide you with feedback on the progress of your refund, once the receive the email you will be provided with feedback shortly. Kind regards,"

I was patient for a long time now and gave Damelin all the information they asked for and the refund department did grant me the refund at a penalty for canceling my studies. But to date 25 Jan 2018 again I had no communication what so ever.

Can somebody/anybody please help me in this regard.
