Dishonest

<p>I submitted my registration forms at Damelin Correspondence before closing date. I was supposed to get my study material mid February 2017 no one from their side communicated with me until I decided to cancel the registration by sending a letter of cancellation. By then they already deducted a deposit of R4049. After cancellation I requested for my refund since I haven't received anything from their side, in reply to my email they told me that I will only receive it after 90 days, which is unreasonable because the fault is on their side. To my suprise while still waiting for them to refund me they too deduct the amount of R4859.00 for the reasons I don't know. The sad part is</p> <p>-I didn't receive any of their study material</p> <p>-I was never allocated a student number after registration and payment being made</p> <p>-After submitting all the necessary documents in time they never get back to me</p>
