Disgusting Service From Damelin Correspondance

I would like to let everyone know, if you are thinking of studying anything correspondence, please go somewhere else. I have recently filled in registration forms, and paid roughly 25000 rand to damelin for studies. Firstly I sent my Application forms, after being approved, aswell as my proof of payment. Did not get a response for roughly 2 weeks.After a few phone calls and being told my Consultant was off sick. 2 weeks later, Phone again, Consultant is back, He informs me he is still waiting for my proof of payment, After explaining I sent it 2 weeks ago, he finds it and sends it off, well this is what i am told. another 2 weeks go by, i try phone again, no luck, Pre recorded voice answers the phone, i wait in order to speak to a consultant, the phone rings and it eventually gets cut off. sometimes i do actually get get to the reception lady, and ask to speak to my consultant, she attempts to put me through, the phone rings and is eventually picked up and it sounds like it gets put on the desk and then is eventually cut after a few miniutes.

after 45 minutes of no success, i phone a different department to see if anyone can tell me if i am registered, and no one other than Damelin Correspondance department can help you.

A lady informs me she will send an email and get back to me before close of business. No response on that day or the next.

On the next day which was the 15th June 2018, i go through the whole story again, same promises and the same result.

So 4 weeks after paying out close on R25000.00 rand, I am no closer to studying than i was a month ago.

All in all, I am disgusted with Damelin correspondence service and their procedure when dealing with issues.I cannot believe in this day and age of technology, It is this difficult.

If i haven't paid my account with damelin thy would be on my case in no time and want an answer and a payment date, but now that i am asking something of them, it doesnt work that way, I must be happy with a sorry.
