Disgusting service

I'm writing this review on behalf of my younger sister, she studied and completed last year and we have been asking for her certificate for the whole of this year. Don't you people have no shame??I'm so glad we decided to take her out of that pathetic place after the poor education system all you care about is money you never forget to send reminders for payments but CANNNOT offer any classes. Please can we get that certificate as a matter of urgency as we paid hard earned money for it I don't know if people there think ignoring emails is a solution. Braamfontein is a hell hole that institution must be shut down the whole staff needs to be taken for proper training. DISGUSTING!!
