DISGUSTING SERVICE AND LIES

The after sales service is disgusting!! You can never get hold of anyone who can resolve the problem. They blacklist telephone numbers so when you call they keep you on hold, but amazingly if you call from another number, your call gets answered. I studied with Damelin many years ago, they were brilliant, now I regret signing my son up with them in December. Deposit paid, debit orders gone off but still no student number 2 months later. STAY AWAY FROM DAMELIN THEY HAVE NO ACCOUNTABLE STRUCTURE!
